Adoption Plan

Hello! Many of you have already heard, but for those of you that haven't....we are planning to adopt a baby! This is a decision that we have prayed about...prayed for the emotional, spiritual and financial readiness to bring a child into our home.

We are working w/ an agency that specializes in International adoptions from Guatemala. There are several things that have happened to both of us in the last few months which led us to this particular agency and a Guatemalan adoption. We credit this leading to "God's Plan".

As of date...our homestudy is complete and our dossier is finished. Now we are just waiting to see what # we are on the waiting list! We are open to a boy or girl and have even agreed to take twins....if they should come along. When we do receive a referral it will be for an infant/newborn. Once we accept the referral it will then be several months before we are granted permission to travel.

We would love to have a baby home by Christmas....but we will just have to wait and see. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. Check back w/ us, as we will pass updates along to you as we receive them.
