Mason will be turning 3 in less than 2 months! I can hardly believe it. In just the last week or so, Mason has stopped sucking his thumb, had his first "big boy poop" in the toilet and is consistently asking to go "potty on the toilet." He is a very energetic and funny boy, he cracks us up on a daily basis. A few weeks ago I was at the drive thru at Starbucks ordering a coffee and Mason was in the backseat shouting out his order for a "cheeseburger and french fries!"He loves mowing with Daddy, going to softball and basketball games, watching movies, playing with tinker toys & legos and of course anything sports related. He is also a WONDERFUL big brother. He gives Taegan lots of kisses and attention each day. He will even share his treasured blankie and bear with her....SO SWEET! He is very excited about going to preschool this fall. Anytime we mention preschool he is quick to tell us "Ya, I gotta take turns, share and potty in the toilet"! Mason did have a "tooth injury" earlier this month, so we will be following up with a pediodontist over the next few months. We are praying he doesn't lose any teeth or have to go through a root canal. He goes back in June, so we will know more then.
The Lord gives his people strength. The Lord blesses them with peace.

Hello -
I've been following your blog for awhile...in fact last Feb., when your blog went private, I mentioned that we'd love to adopt from Guatemala. Since things are still closed down there, the Lord is leading us in a different direction, but I was wondering if you'd be willing to talk to me about the process you went through with Mason. Please let me know what you think. I have tons of questions I'd love to ask someone who has been through the process. I understand if you don't want to share those details.
